Iberdrola Energía España, S.A.U. is a parent company of the Iberdrola group with registered offices in Spain, which carries out the activities of marketing and supplying electricity and natural gas to end users, both in Spain and abroad, as well as products and services focused on decarbonisation and the purchase and sale of energy on wholesale markets.

The above-mentioned activities are carried out by Iberdrola Energía España, S.A.U. both in Spain and abroad and are carried out either directly, in whole or in part, or through the ownership of shares, equity interests, quotas or equivalent interests in other companies or entities.
